The best I could get. It’s so relieving to my neck and back
I have bought this trolley for my cousin who was travelling immediately in 4 days time.
Even though the customer pple were doubtful of delivering the trolly in 4 days time the manager gave me a hope saying that if the trolley doesn't arrive on time to my cousin then I can give it for a return and you guys will refund me back even though it had engraving on it..
This actually won my hearts.. we are actually Samsonite fans but all our trolleys are almost worn out, so u have got 4 of us as new customers..
The design of the trolly is excellent but the customer has topped it..

I bought a large luggage, it’s great value for money and is very smooth with the wheels. Love it!!
I bought a matcha transit luggage large for my trip to Thailand and trust me that luggage has gone in flight, train, ferry, longtail boat, sand, sea, floating pier, tuk tuk and what not there and oh boy its given such resilience! Although its big it easy to handle and the wheels are just so silent. Just fo for it. Don’t think.
It seems (thus far) on par in quality and style with luggage that is twice as costly. And the option to personalize is amazing.
